Saidul Islam

Saidul Islam is currently a PhD candidate in the Dept. of Sociology at York University, Canada, where he did his graduate studies. He completed his undergraduate at the International Islamic University in Malaysia.

Br. Saidul is an active Islamic worker. He is the Tarbiyyah Secretary for the Toronto city of the Muslim Ummah of North America. In Malaysia he was the Assistant Secretary and Shura Member of Islamic Forum Malaysia (IFM). He has published more than 35 articles (many of which dealt with Islam and contemporary Muslim societies) in different reputed refereed journals, and magazines.
